The Beauty of Mabinay Negros Oriental: Mabinay is called the Cave Capital of the Philippines. It has over 400 hundred caves of which only 8 so far had been developed for locals and tourists from other countries. Other attractions in Mabinay are the Mabinay Spring, Highland Resort, and many more.
